We started with Sit Means Sit when Gunner was just a puppy. He learned basic commands in the 4-6 month old class, but was still a handful. His energy, general stubborn attitude and exuberance for life made him very difficult to live with as he matured. We arranged for Gunner to do a 10-day boot camp and crossed our fingers. We couldn’t walk him one the leash, did not trust him off-leash, could not open a door without him bolting out, would jump and bark for attention and was shy around new people and dogs. The day he came home from his jump start Luci was able to walk him on a loose leash confidently. His manners at home have changed drastically and it’s like we have a whole new dog!
